It’s not often we come across a naturally-processed coffee from Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, and fittingly, this coffee delivers tasting notes that we don’t often taste in an Ethiopian coffee. Plenty of natural sweetness, smoothness, citrusy orange marmalade, syrup, and balanced cranberry-like brightness make this coffee very distinctive.

This is a Grade 1, natural, dry processed heirloom varietal cultivated by smallholder farmers and processed in the Gelana and Abaya woredas (districts), located just outside of Yirgacheffe. These neighboring districts provide a unique character of coffee, and are infamously known for the detail, efficiency, and meticulous care the farmers have when producing these coffees.
