Lizardo and his wife Luz Dary have been producing coffee for over a decade on their farm “La Primavera” in Urrao, Antioquia, just west of Medellín. Endemic to this region is the relatively new and sought-after Chiroso varietal, through which Lizardo is excited to be developing and growing relationships with importers and roasters.
This coffee is explosive and deep with notes of sweet stone fruit, delicate green tea florality, and well rounded sweetness.
