Irmas Pereira (Pereira Sisters) - Sisters Maria Valéria and Maria Rogéria own their eponymous 90-acre microlot located in Carmo de Minas, Brazil. They inherited the land through their parents, who bought the property in the 1970s, and have consequentially been working in coffee production from a very young age. Now, their husbands and other family members join them in managing the farm where they produce excellent, high-scoring coffees through several processing methods. This coffee we are very excited to share with you is a honey-processed yellow bourbon with super sweet and intense notes of strawberry, toffee, shortbread and hazelnut.
