“Nicolas & Angela” is a continuation of our partnership with Gold Mountain Coffee Growers, a multiple award-winning direct trade specialty coffee farming group based out of Matagalpa, Nicaragua.

We are proud to offer this exceptional washed Red Catuai from the eponymous farmers’ (Nicolas & Angela) “Jasmine Microlot” from their coffee farm, Finca El Porvenir. Nicolas and Angela produce several coffees from multiple microlots on their farm in Jinotega; all stand outs. They plan to pass on their passion and expertise to one of their daughters as they look toward retirement.

Jasmine Microlot is aptly named; this coffee is intensely floral with jasmine and lilac, as well as tart bing cherry, concord grape, and vanilla bean juiciness and sweetness.
